Why personal training

We understand that everyone has a different motivation or purpose for training. This is why we will create a unique program for you which is tailored to your individual personal goals, training history and preferences. This includes taking a clients medical and exercise history, identifying specific individual goals, completing a metabolic and nutritional assessment, body composition and a series of fitness and strength tests. By assessing your strengths and weaknesses, we will target specific goals and outcomes to improve overall wellness by designing a specific program for you.

At Fit To Live Training, we aim to improve your movement and rehabilitate injuries. We achieve this by building your strength using a controlled and structured program. In addition, we can work around or with your medical conditions and external stressors. As a result, we unlock long-term and sustainable progress.
