Prior to exercise, we will take you through a basic questionnaire to determine the reasons for training and any physical or medical limitations that may prevent you from doing certain movement patterns and exercises.

Fit To Live Training caters for everyone, of all ages and for all non-existent and existent exercise backgrounds. If you or anyone you know suffers from any chronic health conditions, pain or would just like some exercise advice, FLT is here for you.

We will design a specific program to increase and enhance your performance according to your GOAL. By assessing your strengths and weaknesses, we will target specific goals and outcomes to improve overall wellness.

Fun group training experience for our members combining elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, Boxing and Functional Training. The combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.
